Refund & Return Policy – Bella Glow
At Bella Glow, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.
Return Conditions:
• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof.
If the claim is approved, the customer may receive either:
• A replacement product, or
• Store credit for the same value.
Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.
Bella Glow reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.
