Exchange Policy – Bella Glow
At Bella Glow, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that you wish to exchange, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Conditions:
• The exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.
Delivery Charges:
• In case of exchange, the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery charges.
• Both return and re-delivery shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
